REFERRAL PROGRAM
For each new client that you refer to your designer, you will receive a $10 credit. There is no limit on the credit that you can accumulate.
Loyalty Reward Points
Clients receive one Loyalty Reward Point for any service over $20 and any regular size/regular priced product. Once the reward card is full, the client receives 20% off an entire visit-all services and products for that day only. The reward card must be present at checkout to receive points for each visit
We offer several FREE services for existing clients, such as: bang trims, neck trims, styling lessons and makeup touchups! Add any of these services to your next appointment for FREE.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
We provide 24-48 hour complimentary reminder phone calls for all appointments for your convenience.
CANCELATION LIST
If we do not have the date or time frame availability that you desire, we carefully maintain a cancellation list to hopefully provide you with that appointment.

The Onyx Design Team has a genuine relationship. We work together to make the very best of every client’s experience at the studio. There is absolutely no competition between any designers. We welcome you to find the right Onyx Designer to best suit your specific style, budget, and personality. We will happily provide recommendations for you.
E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS
We send out email reminders approximately 72 hours in advance of appointments. If, when you receive your email, you find you have a conflict, please call the salon to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. This helps to get you in sooner and gives time to fill the designer’s schedule.
