Cory Pedler

Cory first took an interest in hair design while living in New Jersey where he was unable to find anyone to cut and style his hair the way he liked. After purchasing a clipper set and blades he started cutting his own hair. Soon after his friends began asking for haircuts which propelled him into cosmetology school. Since graduating he continues to improve his technical skills through various workshops and classes most notably advanced color training through Schwarzkopf and the six month RUSK training curriculum through Onyx.

What is your favorite thing about being a designer?
The creative outlet that being a designer offers as well as the opportunity to meet new people and help keep them feeling positive.

What RUSK products could you not live without and why?
Wired because of it’s a versatile light weight styling product that works well in almost every hair type.

What would you say is your best strength as a designer?
My imagination and interest in technical cutting.
